Investment guarantee
In Tanzania, investors are guaranteed against expropriation
and nationalization. The country is a signatory of several
bilateral and multilateral agreements on promotion and
protection of investments. For example, the country is a
member of Africa Trade Insurance Agency (ATIA) and the
Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).
