I have chosen CRM Software because it helps business to find sales leads. Businesses also use
this software to maintain customer loyalty. On the other hand, I have chosen Account Based
Marketing Software because it helps companies to create sustainable growth and profitability. I
have chosen Web Conferencing Software because it is very useful for business. This category
connects two or more people of a business from different locations, which is so valuable on
important decision making. Finally, I have chosen Customer Service Software category because
it is important to create automated process, which in return helps businesses serve its customers
better.
