APARTMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In an apartment management system, a company is owned by

an owner who is identified by owner ID, name, phone
number/email, address and the company builds apartments. A
company can be identified by a company name,
location/address, email, licenses. Moreover, an apartment that
is built by the company is identified by an apartment no and
address.
The owner of the company appoints managers to manage the
security system of the apartments. One manager manages
many apartments. Many security employees are appointed by
the manager. A manager is identified by his ID, name,
phone/email, address, salary. And the security employees are
also identified by their ID, name, salary, post, phone no.
In this apartment system, sometimes buyers buy apartments as
well as renters rent apartments. Here, the buyer no, name,
phone, ID, address is stored in the system. As well as each
renter is identified by his rent ID, rent no, name, phone,
address.
When visitors come to visit the apartments, security employees
check the visitors. Each visitor has name, visit no, phone/email,
address.
