Based on the podcast of Deddy Corbuzier, we choose 3 interviewees which is all of them is
celebrities, that is Kekeyi Cantika Puteri, Najwa Shihab and Titiek Puspa. First case is Kekeyi as beauty
vlogger from village. We found that on the podcast, Kekeyi use ‘aku’ in every conversation. Even
though she’s from her are, Java. She still uses 'aku' in every conversation whereas the daily language
is the local language. Like in the end of podcast, she spoke in her native language. On the second
case is Najwa Shihab, as we know she’s smart presenter and she’s from town. When she talk with
Deddy Corbuzier she use ‘gua’ and ‘lo’ in every conversation. And the last case is Titiek Puspa, she’s
senior artist and singer. She use ‘saya’ and ‘kamu’ in every conversation. We found that Deddy
speaks using pronouns depending on who he’s talking to. He uses these pronouns depends on how
the other person is talking to him.
