In Engineer NOC of Front Office Data Service Surveillance, I have responsibility maintenances &
troubleshooting for PS core network in all data services network, below is my responsibility on duty:
1. Provide 1x24hours monitoring for PS Core Data Services
 2. Handling 1st level troubleshooting of all data services network
3. Handled and monitoring SGSN & GGSN (Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco)
4. Handled and monitoring Gb Interface, Gr interface, Gn and Gi interface.
5. Handled and monitoring SS7 signaling (GTP-C/GTP-U) Interface Iu and Gn
6. Handled and monitoring Switch and router
7. Maintain, monitoring and troubleshooting for GSM/WCDMA server, including Radio Connections
8. Handle monitoring tools such, M2000, OSS Citrx, Netscout, NNM, Smartcare’s Huawei
9. Analyst Problem & Follow up each complain form Costumers Data Service which correlates with
network.
10. Perform fault investigation and identify required statistic counters from relevant nodes for abnormal

In Engineer of Transmission Network Access, I have responsibilities to design access transmission using
radio link. Below is my responsibilities duty :
1. Responsible for Design, Planning and delivery of XL Axiata Transmission Access, Review
Engineering Survey Report, and Calculating link Budget, Provide Transmission for 2G, 3G, HSDPA
and LTE.
2. Review ATP for Installation, upgrade, dismantle, repointing, etc. Creating New Build Work Order &
Engineering Work Order, Support Backbone Transmission for main BSS, MPLS, T1, Support Link
Fiberisation and IP transport.
3. Maintain supporting database for network planning. Router/switch configuration, LAN/WAN design
and implementation using routers, hubs and switches , IP Block and VLAN Alocation for nodeB
Access.
4. Capacity planning and modernization of supporting systems. Design ERP solution for MW
aggregator.
5. Responsible for access Transmission network reliability, Support upgrade for Abis over IP & swap E1
to IP, handling NEC IPASOLINK Series, Huawei RTN 910-950, Ericsson Minilink series, Monitoring
NMS Access Link for multiple vendor
6. During joining team I involved at, NQI (Network Quality Improvement) Project, LTE Rollout Project,
and Single Footprint Project.
