One Twelve Company Ltd will be gardening fruits like avocado, vegetables, onions, tomatoes, carrots,
peas, beans, cabbage, pumpkin and other vegetables. Also in other way within the area we are going to
deal also with pastured cow and pastured chicken. This all will be grown seasonally in the fenced area of
100 hector.
This produced products will be sold in different area like Europe, Africa and other country after it has
being processed and packed. One Twelve Company Ltd was registered in 2011 by Fadhili.A. nswila and
Alfred Mutiganzi who have the vision of making this vegetable business is the best fall experience in
Tanzania and super leading producers .This is proudly possible because of the I international Airport of
Songwe (SIA) which was launched last year ,so it will be possible and easily to transport the produced
products
MISSION STATMENT
Our mission is to produce healthy and safe food product, maximize profitably and maintain our rural
heritage. It will be important for us to provide a quality product and agricultural education for our
market consumer by building our own strong reputation we will continue to grow our business and our
people to ensure long term success.
To increase gross revenue every year through expansion and innovation after starting
production.
To provide a safe ,enjoyable environment to all who vist or work for vegetable production
center.
Have the economic and good management ability to pass the business down to the next
generation .

There will be a number of staff which will be employed both skilled and un skilled labor to
conduct the dairy day activities as it will be planned
Every individual employed to play its parts effectively where by performance will be measurable

PLAN SUMMARY
The purpose of this plan will be to secure funding for One Twelve Company Ltd during the expansion
where by the expansion will be consistent with our goal to keep One Twelve Company Ltd fresh and
exciting as it will be providing an opportunity to offer customers more unique choices.
CAPITAL RQUESTED
The amount capital requested will be $800,000 the purpose of the request will be to purchase 100
hector, cars, and building 5000squre foot green house for ornamental crop production. Water system
and building tanks, tractor, irrigation pumps, recruiting staff .solar power, building fences,
administration cost, and many others.

One Twelve Company Ltd will be a seasonal agri -tourism business offering you pick tomatoes and many
other produced like carrots, onions ,green vegetable, pumpkins, on maize, peas, beans cassava and
others
LOCATIONS OF BUSINESS
One Twelve Company Ltd vegetable and fruits production will be located in the Tanzania in Mbeya
region in rural areas of Mbeya in The area known as Umalila few kilometers to Songwe International
Airport. This area its soil is very rich in fertility and good climatic condition to make sure the mentioned
product is well grown.
FACILITIES
We expect to divide 100 hectors for every vegetable we are going to grow accordingly , like 10 acres for
peas,10acres for avocado, this is just an example.
Expect having the well modern production equipment like packing machines, tractors, minibus for
transporting tourist and other car for transportation of product from the center to Airport.
We believe and found that the presence of this Airport will be the golden chance for us to establish this
idea of vegetables and fruits production which is needed anywhere and have no competitor in this area
so we expect to raise enough funds.
OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE.
One Twelve Company Ltd is Owned and Operated by fadhili nswila and Alfred Mutiganzi as a company
member I have 50% as owner and 50% For Alfred the assets we have it is only house located at Dar es
salaam
RISK MANAGEMENT.
Legal risks management: probably the riskiest parts of our operation will be the customer to be in the
farm, just one customer getting hurt could seriously jeopardized OUR PRODUCTION CENTER .so we will
assure that our company holds a farm liability insurance policy and we will be enhancing safety.
Production Risks: The tradition crops grown on the farm will be protected by specific insurance policy
like vegetable crops and other field crops .The specialty crops and green house crops will be covered by
the farm service agency Non Insured Assistance Program.
Markets Risks: A cold and rain autumn can really be bad for business sometimes cutting the annual
revenue in half .That is why we will purchase gross revenue insurance policy (adjusted Gross Revenue)
which will be protecting against a drastic loss of revenue due to weather
Phase 1; Buying land which is owned villagers in the most fertile area with good price to us
Phase 2: Fencing the area and designing greenhouse by using LEED like leadership in energy and
environmental Design.
Phase 2:Bulding Green house which will allow us to start full production
Phase4: Full production in green house will be opened for full production ,sales and tours
All this will be implemented soon after we deliver fund and signing contracts.

Due to high demands of fruits and vegetable we expect to have enough market in Europe ,Asia, USA
and other part within the world

We expect to have good strategic marketing network with good chain of distribution, promotion of our
produced products. Also we expect that every year we will be increasing our strategic partnership.
PRICING
One Twelve Company Ltd vegetable production :Products differentiation is the key and with food
products ,this can be difficult, so with farm produce our company has to compete on price .The prices
on the food products are generally 10% below the competition because our company because our
company will be moving with lower over head costs than its competition .Also the cheaper food
products will be used as a draw to get people onto the farm .Then it will be up company to sell them
something with high value
PROMOTION.
There will be two key promotion strategy first, will be to get the customer to visit the farm, Second
,then we will be getting customer to buy something .Therefore the two methodologies will be
applicable to agro-tourist as well as other people within the country. Also the basic promotional
strategy will be to advertise in key markets to get customers onto the farm on media TVs, radio,
Internet, newspaper , conducting also balanced diets nutrition’s concerts ,brochures every where
necessary Having this all skills will convince the customer to spend more money.
DISTRIBUTION.
The produced products will be distributed both whole sale ,also we will be distributing products both
regionally ,nationally and internationally
Also the customer ordering large quantity will be derived our products or our service to them for those
whom need to come to the farm we expects to have retail building also it will be allowed for the
customer to order products on line, through phones calls, or by email .we believe that after delivering
the order we will be faster in processing the presence order .Also we will be having distribution
agreement with whole seller. Distributors and others.
TARGETED MARKERTS
The products produced will be targeted the followings. First will be industries producing the expected
items like from onion we will have industry producing tomato source, chill source etc so it will depend
with which product are the material needed to produce something is what we will be much dealing
with.
The other will be those who will come for entertainment and want something to eat while they are
enjoying themselves
Our company will be tracking all of our customer’s data through our point’s sale of soft ware and mailing
list so that we keep them up-to-date of what we are doing or produced at that time
