    I have finalized a report covering whether you should list this product and start
    selling in terms of text various public databases. The Client suggest three
    requirement which are:

    • Does the product/brand have intellectual property?

    • Can we sell this product without any risk?

    A thorough search was conducted and many relevant
    information was found which meant that this company had
    registered this patent and selling on different online
    platforms. If you sell this product under your trademark in
    the future you will face a problem

    So, I suggest you can't sell that product under your brand name. if
    you have to market this product, you need to customized this
    product and change it such as in shape
