PMO

Introduction
Part 1

22/3/2018

Introduction
• UniKL MIAT holds multi approvals from several authorities.
• Keeping with regulatory requirements with minimum resources and
budget will be challenging.
• During the current economic downturn, it becomes critical for UniKL
MIAT to be efficient in managing resources and budget.
• Therefore, managing quality system holistically requires detail
planning and strict implementation strategy.

Challenges
• Non-compliance would impair the UniKL MIAT business, which may
result in suspension and revocation of approval.
• Being the largest ATO in Malaysia, UniKL MIAT may expose to the
ICAO audit on Malaysia.
• Keeping compliance may drain UniKL MIAT resources and finance.
