The screen sharing feature will help the company monitor its employee’s tasks and
productivity per day while working from home to avoid negligence of responsibilities,
and to provide valid proofs from the system aside from the employee attachments.
This feature will only work once the employee agreed with the Work from Home Data
Privacy Policy agreement.
Step 1: Click the Time In button to proceed with the screen sharing feature.

A Share your Screen modal will pop up as soon as you clicked the Time In button.

screen, application window, or chrome tab. However, the required view for the screen sharing
as per the HR Department is the Entire Screen view. This will be the basis of the system for the
screenshots.
Step 2: Click the Entire Screen view option then click the Share button to continue.

Note: If you want to discontinue giving an access to the system, click the Cancel button,
and a disallowed alert message will appear.

your Chrome browser. This is not a part of the screen sharing feature of the Kingsportal system.
You can hide this tab by clicking the Hide button and remember to not use its ‘Stop sharing’
