    Pert Diagram represents a projects timeline graphically.
    Before Drawing pert we need to know these,

    ES(Early start),DR(Duration),EF(Early Finish),LS(Late Start),TF(Total Float),LF(Late Finish)


    Now,
    LS = LF – DR
    TF = EF – LF
    LF = LS (previous)
    ES = EF(previous)
    DR = given
    I) Now according to the acitivities and their durations given in the table-1 here is a pert diagram,

    Short description:
    The whole point of pert diagram is we can choose and decide days like how early will it be handy to start
    the project or how much late we can do on specific task. Also, how many days we can keep the task float
    thus having a proper project timeline catching ability.

    II) The critical Path is A->D->F->G->H->I


    and project compilation time is 21 weeks.
