Characteristic gums in solution.
DESCRIPTION
Using Certiseal to seal centres will improve adhesion between the centre and sugar or chocolate coating.
Certiseal will also provide a barrier against oil migration from centres. Using Certiseal to polish chocolate
panned pieces will produce a high gloss and smooth surface in preparation for the final glazing step.
INGREDIENTS
Water, gum Arabic, sucrose, glucose syrup, ısopropanol, vegetable oil (palm kernel or coconut oil).
STORAGE CONDITION
Store in unopened containers, cool dry place and protected from high heat.
SHELF LIFE
18 months in unopened containers at recommended storage temperature ( 10-20˚C )
