APPLICATION

Water Gel is an economic and effective viscosifier and

fluid loss control agent for use in water-based drilling HSE

fluids.
Water Gel concentrations can range from 5 ppb to 35
ppb according to drilling fluid system type and applica-
tion. A simple system comprising 22.5 ppb Water Gel
concentration in fresh water will produce a drilling fluid
with API filtrate at or below 12 cc/30 min.
Water Gel is not classified as hazardous, but it may be
an irritant. The following safety wear, as recommended
in the MSDS, should be used when mixing Water Gel:
