Before I start,I want all of you try asking yourself have you been on healthy diet?Have you
been performing healthy living by doing exercise and sport regularly?If you do not,I’m prefer
to all of you to start with some healthy lifestyle or just start with some basic healthy habits.

What is healthy living?Healthy living is living a life without having to worry about disease and
body size.To obtain healthy living is not easy.We have to work hard to get it.Health is wealth
is a famous proverb which means that health is everything and it is more importance than
wealth.

Today,I would like to tell all of you about how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

There are several ways one can lead a healthy life.Among the ways are having a proper
diet,having enough sleep,having enough exercise and also a proper time management.

iii.We should also eat proteins such as fish,meat and chicken but in moderation
iv.We shouldn’t eat fatty and greasy foods such as junk food,butter and margarine
B) Eating at the right time
i.If we do not have breakfast at the morning,we will feel very tired and sleepy
iii.Eating too close to bedtime increases your blood sugar and insulin,which causes you
to have a hard time falling asleep.Therefore,your last meal should be the lightest of the
day and should be eaten at least three hours before you go to sleep.
i.We should exercise because when we sweat,the fats in our bodies will break
i)This may lead to various lifestyle diseases such as heart attack and diabetes

i.If we do not have a timetable,we will feel stressed and unable to do our activities
effectively
ii.If we sleep 6 hours or less,it will increased risk for heart disease and diabetes mellitus
