Finally, another popular ways to stay fit is we must get enough sleep. This is because, sleep can make
you feel fresh if you have enough of it. For example, adult must sleep at least 6-8 hours while teenagers
must sleep in between 9-10 hours.
In conclusion, it is crystal clear that, there are many ways to stay fit and healthy. So, we must take care
and love ourselves.
