How to keep fit and stay healthy

Health has been considered as the most valuable thing one possesses. Without good
health, people can’t do things that seem to be very easy. There are a variety of ways
to keep fit and stay healthy.

First of all, we should maintain a balanced diet. For instance, getting rid of junk
food and eating healthy food which are rich in vitamins such as fruits, vegetables,
fish, tofu,….. A healthy diet can increase energy, productivity and boost our
metabolism. It could even improve our mood, a recent survey has found that 80% of
people felt better when they changed what they ate or frank. A quarter of them said
that bad moods and stress disappeared. The greatest benefit way felt after drinking
more water, eating more vegetables, reducing sugar and cutting down on coffee

Secondly, the simplest, cheapest but the most effective way to have a good health is
doing regular exercises. Taking exercises give us numerous benefits. It keeps us fit,
a variety of illnesses such as heart disease, obesity and cancer can be easily
prevented by exercising. Morover, it also improves our self-confidence, helps us
relieve tension and reduce stress. Furthermore, doing exercises is an enjoyable
experience helping us relax and have a positive outlook on life.

Last but not least, getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water are necessary
to keep fit and stay healthy. Make sure that you get plenty of sleep because getting
enough sleep can protect our physical health, mental health and increase the quality
of life. Don’t have too many late nights although an occasional one won’t do you
any harm. Without sleep, the brain can’t work properly and you’ll get depressed.
Drinking enough water significantly affect our energy levels and brain function in a
positive way. To summerize, keeping fit brings substantial benefits for people;
however; staying healthy is easily said than done so I will try my best stay in shape
and live a healthy, happy life

Answer: Yes, of course ! I practise the things I mentioned to stay fit and healthy
such as taking exercises, maintaining a balanced diet, drinking enough water day in
and day out. At first, it felt physically uncomfortable because of them but then I got
used to the changes I made by doing them day after day and now they have become
my habits

I think that is the best way to stay fit and healthy, comparing to many other methods
because it is the simplest, cheapest but the most effective way. Not only does it
protect our physical health, significantly affect our energy levels and brain function
in a positive way, reduces the risk of chronic diseases but it also helps us relieve
tension and reduce stress.

general affect our lives ?
I think healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle in general affect our lives because they
give us numerous benefits. For example, they protect our physical health,
significantly affect the energy levels and brain function in a positive way.
Moreover, they reduce the risk of chronic diseases, help us relieve tension and
reduce stress.
