Today I have a presentation on the keys to a good health.

In this presentation I will talk about


the most basic principles but it is the key of health. The three most important ones I will
mention are... The first key is that you should follow a healthy diet. most people usually eat
whatever they like without regard to its pros and cons. so I will show the benefits of healthy
eating so that we will have the right perception of it
* Benefits of eating healthy
1. Diet has a great influence on the human circulatory system
According to a study, heart disease is the leading cause of death for adults in the United
States. Even if you’re young, you should think about your heart health because Healthy eating
habits can improve your heart health and common prevent heart diseases.
2.Weight Loss
One of the main reasons people eat a healthy diet is to maintain a healthy weight or to lose
weight. moreover, Maintaining a moderate weight can help reduce the risk of obesity and other
chronic health issues
3.Improved memory and brain health
Eating healthy helps prevent brain diseases like Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cognitive decline.
This doesn’t mean that you can’t indulge yourself every now and then. The occasional pizza,
chocolate, or soda is OK as long as you are mindful of what you eat on a day basis.
4. can reduce a person’s risk of developing cancer by protecting cells from damage.

However, I still see many people still confused asking thathow to make a healthy diet? So I'll
make it clear what a healthy meal is
- These are foods that contain a lot of nutrients that play an indispensable role in the
development of the human body.
- Some experts recommend that Adults should eat no more than 6g of salt a day – that's
around 1 teaspoon. Food manufacturers add salt to many processed and fast foods, so that a
person who wishes to lower their blood pressure should avoid these products.
-In my class there is a friend who has a lot of beautiful water bottles and she always
brings them to school, I will invite her to ask her a few questions. so, hngoc, do you know how
many liters of water we should drink a day? So do you drink enough two liters of water a day?

now I will continue to talk about the second key, which is. Similar to the first part, I will cover
some of the benefits of doing exercise
1. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss and keeps you in
shape. When you engage in physical activity, the more intense the activity, the more calories
you burn.
2. Exercise combats health conditions and diseases
Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns such as Stroke,
High blood pressure, Type 2 diabete. It can also help improve cognitive function and helps
lower the risk of death
3. Exercise improves mood
Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more
relaxed and less anxious.
5. Exercise promotes better sleep because it can help you fall asleep faster, get better sleep and
deepen your sleep

Walking
Simple and very effective! It builds your stamina, strengthens lower body muscles, and helps
fight against bone diseases like osteoporosis.
Yoga
By holding a series of poses will stretch and strengthen your muscles can help lower your heart
rate and blood pressure and relieve anxiety and depression.
Tai Chi
Another excellent exercise, this is sometimes called “moving meditation.” You move your
body slowly and gently, flowing from one position to the next, while you breathe deeply. Not
only is it good for balance, it can also improve bone and heart health. And, It will help you
sleep better.
the reason nearly half of people don't get enough sleep is that they have too much work to do
or they spend a lot of time on entertainment like watching tiktok or playing video games

You should avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort
might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. even though alcohol
might make you feel sleepy, it can disrupt sleep later in the night.
3. Create a restful environment
Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Doing calming
activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or listening to music to promote better sleep.

Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime and set it aside for tomorrow.
