A healthy lifestyle is an important thing that must be applied so that body functions are maintained
properly. By adopting a healthy lifestyle, it is hoped that we will always be healthy and fit. When
the body is healthy, all activities become smoother and productivity increases. But what does a
healthy lifestyle mean?

A healthy lifestyle is a life that is free from spiritual and physical health problems. A healthy life
can be interpreted as someone who is physically and psychologically healthy without experiencing
the slightest health problem.

A healthy lifestyle can also be interpreted as an effort towards happiness in life. This is because
health is the main requirement for humans to enjoy happiness

Healthy living has become a trend nowadays. This proves that many people are aware of the
importance of a healthy lifestyle. Here's an explanation

1. Make life happier Implementing a healthy life makes us feel happier. Because a healthy life can
increase self-confidence and mood.

2. Increase energy The next benefit of a healthy lifestyle is that it can increase energy. A healthy
lifestyle by consuming healthy food can increase the body's energy.

3. Prevent the risk of disease Doing physical activity and balanced with regular consumption of
healthy foods is known to increase endurance.

regularly with the duration as needed.

4. Drink lots of water


Water is needed to run the metabolism. Therefore, we need to meet the needs of white water so
that health is maintained. This is because the benefits of water can maintain kidney function, lose
weight, increase energy, and several other important functions.

5. Sleep enough In addition to paying attention to food intake and exercising regularly, getting
enough sleep is also a way to implement a healthy lifestyle. The ideal sleep requirement for adults
is around 8 hours.
