How to keep healthy

Good morning everybody. How are you today?. I hope all of you are in healthy condition.
Firtsly, I would love to introduce my self. My name is Maharani Dwi Prasasti. I am from
Undergraduate nutrition nursing, Health Polytechnic of Yogyakarta. First semester. In this
occasion, I would love to tell you about healthy life style. The aim of my speech is to invite you to
have a healthy life style.

My friends, Health is very important so that no one who want get sick. But, Sometimes the
desease comes suddenly just because you forget to keep your health well. Without realizing the
bad pattern of daily life sometimes fall in ill. A healthy lifestyle is a pattern of daily life that hold
on to the principle of maintaining health. Live a healthy lifestyle is not easy. For example,
someone who chooses convenience in his life, such as eat unhealthy food, lazy to work, always
sleep and refuse to move his body. Someone who chooses conveniences in his life would be
unhealty and lazy person. He would lost himself because can not control his lifestyle.

A healthy person can not be seen by a big muscle or a big body, but not only be seen
physically but also spiritually. In order to reach healthiness and fitness :

- Firstly to control what we eat


This point have meaning that the food that we eat must balance with the energy
which we need. Remember that eating to much food can lead to heart disease and
indirectly can cause deppression and social disscomfort. To reach the healthiness,
someone should have the habit to eat food that contain carbohydrate, fat, vitamin,
mineral and protein.
- Secondly keep our private healthiness
This point have meaning as daily activity such as showering and brushing your teeth
- Thirdly to arrange rest
The meaning of “to arrange rest” is to control the activity of “work” and “rest” toward
our body. A good rest is to sleep 7-8 hours in a day. The activity of sleep should be
done at night.
- The last is to do regular exercise
A regular excercise is an excercise that could be done twice a day. A suitable evcercise
is an easy excercise such as aerobic, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling,etc.

The conclusion a healhty lifestyle is a habitual life that hold on the principal of keep
healhty.Let us to live a heahlty live by these way :

1. Keep our privat health


2. Get enough rest, and
3. Do regular excercise

Someone who lives a healhty live have these characteristic

1. Consume balance nutritions


2. Do regullar excercise
3. Get enought rest
4. Drink minerals watter 1,5 until 2 liter in a day
5. Not smoke
