A healthy lifestyle has many benefits not only for the body but for the mind too. It is said that
learning and maintaining bad habits is easy, but it is challenging to switch them back. The issue
of a healthy lifestyle is severe, but people take it very lightly. Often, it is seen that people take
steps to improve their lifestyle but, due to lack of determination, quit midway. Moreover, one
must take small and one-step at a time for a healthy lifestyle. Besides, this healthy lifestyle will
help us in life in many ways. Lifestyle is a way used by people, groups, and nations and is.
Lifestyle refers to the characteristics of inhabitants of a region in a particular time and place. It
includes day-to-day behaviors and functions of individuals in jobs, activities, fun, and diet.

This module will set aside and make us more aware and knowledgeable that we need a healthy
lifestyle to make our body and mind function properly. Based on the given module, The topics
and the units are seemingly the guides to making choices and decisions about the proper
lifestyle. Making good lifestyle choices means taking care of health and well-being. The process
of adopting a healthy lifestyle ought to be enjoyable. To develop a robust immune system and
prevent sickness, we must lead healthy lifestyles. Maintaining a robust immune system to
safeguard the body is meant here.
