FITT Module 3 Reflection


A healthy lifestyle has numerous advantages for both the body and the mind. It is claimed that
developing poor habits and keeping them up are simple tasks, but changing them back is more difficult.
Although maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a serious matter, some treat it lightly. People frequently start
making changes to their lifestyle, but give up along the road due to lack of motivation. Furthermore, for
a healthy lifestyle, one must move slowly and one step at a time. Additionally, living a healthy lifestyle
will benefit us in many aspects of life. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, self-care, sound sleeping
patterns, and an active daily schedule are all components of a healthy lifestyle. The most important
factor influencing someone's degree of fitness is their lifestyle. A person who leads a sedentary lifestyle
is not only less fit but also lives shorter than someone who leads a better one. Our personality is directly
impacted by our physical health. An individual who leads a healthy lifestyle tends to be more positive,
self-assured, friendly, and active. One can enjoy and savor all of life's pleasures without any hassles by
leading a healthy and positive lifestyle. When compared to sound health, even all of the wealth is worth
less. A way of life is one that is used by individuals, communities, and countries. Lifestyle describes the
traits of a community's residents at a specific time and location. It covers people's routine behaviors and
roles in their occupations, hobbies, leisure activities, and diets. This lesson will focus on and increase our
awareness of the necessity for a healthy lifestyle to maintain a healthy body and mind. According to the
provided module, the themes and the units appear to be the manuals for making decisions on the
proper lifestyle. Maintaining health and wellbeing entails making wise lifestyle decisions. It should be
nice to begin living a healthy lifestyle, to build a powerful immune system and we must adopt healthy
habits in order to prevent illness. The goal here is to maintain a strong immune system to protect the
body. When a person is always ill, unhappy, or dealing with a serious health issue, no amount of luxury
will make up for these conditions. A healthy individual has an impartial, calm, and clear assessment of
things. He is more successful in life because his behaviors and decisions are more sensible and rational.
