1. Give the importance/benefits of Physical Activity.

 Exercise and physical activity help you stay healthier and lower your risk of
contracting conditions including type 2 diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Exercise
and physical activity can enhance your health in the short- and long-term. Above all,
regular exercise can enhance your quality of life. Exercise must be done consistently to
maintain excellent health. It is a reliable source of vigor, endurance, and strength.
Exercise's benefits are increased by consistency. Its absence cannot provide positive
results. As a result, we should exercise frequently and consistently. Discipline takes the
shape of physical activity. It denotes restraint and sincerity. We must resist being idly.
Character development benefits from physical activity. It keeps our minds engaged and
sharp. It enhances mental capability and strength. It increases our capacity and
enhances our effectiveness. Morning exercise keeps us healthy, active, and fit
throughout the day. As a result, we ought to take it frequently. We must do it to
maintain our health and fitness. Everyone agrees that physical activity is the best
method to keep the body strong and energetic. We can suffer disastrous consequences
from poor physical care. It causes a great deal of mental and physical problems. Our
bodies gradually become more prone to certain diseases. His charm and vitality quickly
wear off. He is aging rapidly. Weakening of physical prowess, stamina, and mental
focus
2. How can you Achieve your fitness goal?
 Some people are losing their confidence, that is why they have no interest in starting
their fitness goal. For me, I will motivate myself and become mentally prepared first
before undergoing this kind of activity because I will just end up being lazy when I did
not do it. Next, I will list first my short and long-term goals to know what are the
results that I can monitor after achieving my short and long-term goals. Third, I will
make a plan of exercise for a specific part of my body (such as the belly, arm, shape,
etc.), I wanted to improve. Fourth, I want to make sure that I have self-discipline even
though I am still doing any exercises in my house to test myself so that if I have
enough self-discipline, I can find myself achieving my long-term goal in the gym.
Fifth, I am going to start being smart enough to choose healthy foods or limit junk
foods that I am eating so that it may reflect a result on my body. Make a reflection
about the significance of physical education and health in this time of pandemic.

pandemic.
  In this era of the pandemic, all of us are being quarantined/isolated from each other for
2 straight years because of the virus. People are stuck in the house especially on our
gadgets since no other activities can be done inside our house. Some of them are just
doing things like eating, sleeping, and scrolling through social media and become lazy
about doing any physical activities. First, they are not being conscious about what they
were eating which is why they were always eating a lot of junk foods, or any foods that
are bad when it is over, and it is being unhealthy. Second, the cycle of their activities in
daily life became bad, after doing something they are just sleeping after doing it and
there were no exaggerated actions that help them even though it is just sweeping the
floor or other things that can help to clean the house. Third, they are just scrolling
through social media which is why there is no activity being done.
