I. EASY QUESTIONS

1. What can you visualise about the current state of your fitness habits and physical fitness?

- In terms of doing or practicing physical activities, I think I would rate myself fairly. One factor
that affects the routine that I had before was school, wherein I would always stay up late and
wake up early for virtual classes that would constantly make me feel exhausted and drained,
having no time to exercise at all. Another outcome of stress for me was binge eating, just because
I always feel tired and hungry all the time. I rated myself fairly just because I still have the time
to jog once a week, which was Sunday.

2. How often do you engage in various physical and fitness activities? On a scale of 1 to 20, rate it.
Why?

- On a scale of 1 to 20, I would rate myself while engaging in these activities a 10. This is because
even though I feel exhausted most of the time, I still try to make time or room for recreational
activities, such as jogging, dancing, and playing indoor games. Nonetheless, I enjoy doing these
physical activities, since it makes me feel stronger and motivated to achieve the body that I
ideally want to have.

II. AVERAGE QUESTIONS

1. Analyze your current lifestyle habits on a daily basis and take immediate action to address problems
that may have an adverse effect on your lifestyle.

- The first negative thing that comes to mind when I talk about my lifestyle habits is the huge
amount of food that I eat before. Because of this, I started to gain more weight and also had an
effect on my mental health which lowered my self-esteem and confidence. Now that I felt more
motivated, I started working on my body weight and reduced the “normal” amount of food that I
eat on a daily basis. Nowadays, I only eat half a cup of rice and consume a lot of fruits and
vegetables to have a healthier living. Aside from that, I also try my best to exercise because of my
slow metabolism.
2. What is the most significant impediment to maintaining active recreation in fitness and lifestyle?
Why?

- There are various shortcomings that people experience that result in the halting of maintaining a
healthy living. One of the things that I think about is the lack of motivation that most people
have. An individual may be too insecure or scared of what others may think, that is why they find
boredom or don’t find exercising enjoyable at all. This lack of motivation may also come from
stress, which affects a person’s health physically and mentally. Stress affects one’s physical
health since they may be experiencing sleep deprivation, that may also cause harm to the body
mentally.

III. DIFFICULT QUESTION

1. As a student of today, how can you persuade everyone to participate in active recreation, fitness, and
a healthy lifestyle?

- Since I was given a platform on different social media applications, I will use it to upload
different materials such as posters, brochures, etc., in order to persuade people, specifically youth,
to live a healthy lifestyle and practice recreational activities, which can be very beneficial when
one gets older. This avoids having serious illnesses, may it be contagious or non-contagious. In
addition to that, the elderly may also join in doing these activities virtually. See, even the
pandemic cannot stop us from doing the physical or recreational activities that help us achieve a
healthier living. I can also add different motivational quotes to the platforms that I have for
people to see the importance of being dedicated, especially when it comes to a person’s well-
being.
