HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Many people wished to have a healthy life, most of us dreamed about to live a hundred

years old. Diet? Exercise? Hearing those words scares us, and that is the fear that is a one step

closer that keeping us away from being a healthy individual. Having a good and proper diet,

exercise and adequate sleep is not the only steps for us to be healthy, but to find happiness,

learning to survive your life, and having a healthy moral in order to live life to its fullest, that is a

healthy lifestyle. Sixty minutes of exercising, eating only green foods, resting yourself for about

an hour and walking a hundred meters, do you think those habits keeping you from being a

healthy individual? Of course not, we also need our social life. Having true friends helps us to

have time for our minds and hearts to take some rests and have some fun for just a little bit of

time, they are our shoulder to cry on if we are being stressed, and stress is a one factor that

affects our mental health that can cause from having unhealthy lifestyle.

While most of us are aware of the unhealthy habits we enjoy and many even try to stop

the same, we often fall short. You can't simply wake up one day and choose to stop your

unhealthy habits and voila you are done with it. No, it requires a ton of effort to stop such habits

particularly if you have been following them since long. There are so many ways that we can do

to ensure we manage to have a healthy lifestyle. Easily, we can drink at least eight glasses of

water, it will help to boost our energy and clean the whole system in our body. You should have

healthy eating habits and make sure that you have a balance meal, you must provide all the

vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,
skipping breakfast can throw off your body's rhythm of fasting and eating. And of course you

also need to take enough sleep, wake up early and sleep on time. Also, avoid some things that

causes you from stressed. Lastly, you have to follow your interests in life that can relax your

mind. These act as a good replacement for the unhealthy habits and also help in keeping stress.

Disregarding your health is simply the most awful thing you can do to yourself. Many

people realize this simply after develop some medical problems. It is time us to understand that

our health is of most important thing and it is only when we are healthy would we be able to

work efficiently on other aspects of our lives. Developing healthy habits requires only a few

changes in the daily routine. These changes eventually become a habit and before you realize

you are headed to a healthy lifestyle. It is better to require some time to pursue the healthy habits

shared above when you are as still young and fit to keep away from medical problems later in

life.
