Preparation
1. Boil 5 cups of water in a pot. Put in 1 cup
of sago and boil for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally(to the point where each
sago is mostly clear except for one small
dot in the middle)
2. Drain the sago and run under cold water.
After it cools down, place in a bowl with
some water to keep in the fridge.
3. Chop taro into desired size. Steam them
or boil them in water for 20 minutes.

● It’s delicious served both hot and
cold!
● You can find both taro and sago in
most Asian grocery stores.
● Feel free to double, triple, quadruple
the recipe! Just note that the texture
of sago is best served within 2 days.
