RECIPE

Taro Sago  Ingredients 


● 1 cup of uncooked sago 

Soup  ● 2 cup of chopped taro 


● 2 cup of coconut milk 
 
● 2 cup of water 
● 6 tbsp of sugar 

Preparation 
1. Boil 5 cups of water in a pot. Put in 1 cup 
of sago and boil for 10 minutes, stirring 
occasionally(to the point where each 
sago is mostly clear except for one small 
dot in the middle) 
2. Drain the sago and run under cold water. 
After it cools down, place in a bowl with 
some water to keep in the fridge. 
 
3. Chop taro into desired size. Steam them 
  or boil them in water for 20 minutes. 
Ready in: ​50 minutes  4. Place the cooked taro and sago in a large

until sago is completely clear. Pour in the

● It’s delicious served both hot and 
  cold! 
● You can find both taro and sago in 
 
most Asian grocery stores. 
  ● Feel free to double, triple, quadruple 
  the recipe! Just note that the texture
