Juana: We Make Change for Women

As we all know, Women were considered inferior to men a long time ago. Until
now, there are few people who are still manipulating women that leads to
discrimination and equality so that the Cavite State University Rosario CCAT
celebrating the National Women’s Month called ‘Juana: We make Change Work for
Women’. Because of this celebration, I learned and somehow realized many things
like we should know how to respect and to be respect. In that case, I am very happy
because today, women are known not only in kitchen but also in our society.

Self Efficacy: Moving Past Failed Outcomes for Students Into


Model of Success

In considering the student’s work, one must become open


to new ideas like solutions and opportunities. The
participation of a teacher may help the students to advance
their following outcomes by increasing the number of
educators effectively implementing Culturally-Responsive
Practice and Increasing the number of highly qualified
educators in the early childhood workforce. In this case,
the quality of education will improved.

My Mind, My Motivation is Like a Quicksand

In my everyday life, There are reasons why I am


motivated and it is like a quicksand to me. The more you
calm yourself, the more you think outside the box. Just like
in a classroom, When you are very nervous and feel
tolerated, you can not think properly that may lead to a
negative vibe of yours.
