1. it should help student to develop the knowledge,
attitude and skill to participate in a democratic and free
society.

2. it should also promote the freedom, abilities and skills


to css ethic and cultural bounderies to participate in other
cultures and groups. it should enable kids to reach
beyond their cultural bounderies.
3. it should provide student with the skill to participate in
social action to make the nation more democratic and
free.
