I am happy to send you more information, I have attached a Proposal PDF that
overviews our Branded Search Solution. I have also attached another
document outlining our need for Business Development Consultants to assist us in
the Go-To-Market Sales process.

In brief, this role could be done on the side of your day job. Under this
arrangement, we would execute a Business Development Independent
Contractor Agreement together. There would be zero investment from your side, you
would create a prospect short list and target a maximum of 10
prospects from your strongest existing relationships you have with senior
management in medium and large sized companies (no cold prospects) that
can benefit from our Branded Search Solution. If you are successful to close any
Charter Client deal you will earn 50% commission on the one-time
setup fee and up to 50% on the first 6 months of the service plan that varies
depending on the minimum term length of the clients service contract.
You will have complete autonomy in creating appropriate pricing for our Branded
Search Solution for each of your prospects as long as it is above
our minimum price points.

From our side in this relationship we will be spending around $2,000 to $3,000 in
time, support and design from our creative team creating custom
themed proposals for each of your 10 target prospects. If you were unable to close
a single deal from your 10 prospects then it would be a financial
loss from our side and I want to avoid this situation. Of course we can�t read the
future but I want to reduce exposure to financial loss risk so
I would only want you to move forward if you felt you had some real low hanging
fruit that it is likely you could get at least get one conversion
if you knocked on those 10 warm doors. Kindly review the attachments and consider
companies you are in a position to approach.

take on this short-term challenge and go after this additional side
