our company and inviting our new clients to attend.

SOLUTION PRICING

Our introductory Branded Search Engine package is $25,000 USD one-time setup fee and for a limited
time we are giving the first year free on our monthly service plan which is usually $1,000 a month.

We are now seeking the services of suitable Business Development Independent Contractors that have
enterprise technology sales experience and pre-existing relationships with senior management in medium
to large sized companies that could benefit from our solution who can get some fast conversions so we
can progress to rapid growth phase behind.

PROPOSITION

If you can assist and bring us just one client (medium to large size company) we will fly you and your
partner to attend the DIGIMARCON Conference onboard a 5 night all inclusive Caribbean Cruise plus
you will get 2 nights accommodation in Miami, including domestic/international flights and receive a
further $10,000 USD commission on top of that. All Client Service Contracts need to be finalized and
paid by clients by our February 28th, 2014 deadline to be eligible. This means you have just 4 months to
close a deal and bring us a single client if you offer your assistance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

These consultant relationships are costly to support and manage so we are carefully selecting only the
right people to work with and represent us. We may be interested in entering a short-term Business
Development contractor relationship with you if we feel there is significant low hanging fruit from your
existing personal relationships where there is a good chance you can successfully bring us one client with
a short sales cycle (cold prospecting is not permitted). Our target decision-makers are Senior Marketing
Managers. You must have a proven background in enterprise technology solution sales and have existing
personal relationships with senior management in medium to large size companies that can benefit from
our Branded Search Package.

PROSPECTS
Usually we have partner fees to represent us, however under this short-term relationship together it will
not cost you anything however to reduce our downside risk if you do not deliver we are limiting your
involvement to a maximum of just 3 prospects which we need to give you clearance and approval before
you approach them to ensure no one else will approach those brands. For each of these prospects we will
use our resources and create a themed creative proposal for them, so these companies can see exactly how
Branded Search Can benefit their brand.
