Problem 4 (10 points)
‘We asked this question in our lecture. If the first scan FF is negative-edge triggered, and
the second scan FF is positive-edge triggered, then the test operation works fine. Does it
work if the first scan FF is positive-edge triggered, and the second scan FF is negative-edge
triggered? Please draw the waveforms of CK, scan enable, SI, X, and Y to explain your
answer. Initially, scan enable = 1 (shift mode), followed by scan enable =0 (capture mode);
and finally sean enable =1 (shift mode). Initially, CK=0.
If your answer is no, what should we do to fix this problem?
