Notice is hereby given that Bobcar Media LLC, Plaintiff in the above-captioned action,

hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from:

the Amended Judgment entered on April 30, 2020 dismissing this action (Dkt. 164),

including, the Order entered April 6, 2020 (Dkt. 159) granting Defendant’s motion for

summary judgment and motion to preclude Plaintiff’s expert, and denying Plaintiff’s motion for

summary judgment;

including, the Order entered on January 14, 2019 (Dkt. 117) granting Defendant’s motion

to dismiss Plaintiff’s patent infringement claims;

including, the Order dated June 8, 2018 (Dkt. 85) denying Plaintiff’s motion for leave to

amend to add a cause of action for false advertising under the Lanham Act; and,

including all further adverse rulings entered against Bobcar in this action.
