Heather is an intelligent, intuitive writer and editor and was responsible for increasing the quantity and size of awarded grants for the Symphony. Her ability to handle complex and varied topics enabled the ‘Symphony to pursue funds from an unprecedented broad range of funders with diverse priorities. In addition to writing, Heather took the lead in developing the Symphony's first ever fundraising video, coordinating multiple department heads, directing video shoots, scripting and serving as liaison to the videographer.
