It will enable them to vote online. MATDAANGOV.COM is a user friendly web-portal which provides the full support to the user for making
their registration on the portal and generate their voting id cards with this portal so that they can cast their vote on the local and general
elections. Objectives:- 1. The new user must register with the portal before availing any services from it. 2. For each registration maintain the
record in the database for the new user. 3. For each new registration a profile is to be created if it is for the user then it will contain information
about the user such as his/her name, date of birth , address , gender. 4. When searching for the application number by the user they need to
make the proper login with their username & password. 5. When the user enter the proper details , his/her profile gets open and can see all
the details mentioned in his/her profile. 6. After login in the user can able to access the account by his/her location and address. 7. User can
see all the parties and their standing candidates. 8. User can make the selection of the vote directly. 9. The portal is secure for the voting & all
the data gets store in the database (offline/online). 10. After voting the results can be seen on the results portal. Document Conventions The

Suggestions This document is intended to provide a clear picture of the system for the users i.e voters, testers and documentation writers.
The main purposes of this project are:- • It is easy to use the product with all the information provided in the form of links. • User can access
the portal with simple registration. • The product enables the user to choose whether he wants to vote online or see the results. • User can
access the portal free of cost. • User can get important information related to elections. Benefits of the Project: The system includes the user ,
party , candidate Benefits to each of these are described below. Benefit to User: This feature will enable the user when he/she has
successfully logged into the system or portal here to search for a tutor according to their needs and requirements. To avoid handling a large
number of errors and exceptions this feature will enable the user to enter only a limited number of inputs having constraints upon them and if
there are any errors the system will notify the user about them. Benefit to Party: Party have all their candidates details in the system Benefit to
Candidate: The user can get the proper details of each and every candidate of all the parties. Design (It should be done in 2 stages-
