SOLUTION/S?
Not eating or drinking products that may cause GERD, such as greasy, or spicy foods, and alcoholic
drinks. Not overeating. Not eating 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Losing weight and changing lifestyle..
Some people might need medication and surgery.

IMPACT OF THE SOLUTION

This solution would decrease the possibilities of having GERD and help to get better or cure the
GERD. Also, those solutions help to make people healthy and prevent other diseases.

IN WHAT ASPECT DOES THE SOLUTION HAVE AN IMPACT? (SOCIAL,

RELIGIOUS, MORAL, ETHICAL, MEDICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, OTHER)?
Those solutions impact socially and physically.. First, the solutions would affect people socially and
culturally. The change of their lifestyles and eating habits socially share the solutions through SNS
and go through them together with other people. Second, the solutions would affect people
physically. Those solutions are also helpful to make people healthier. Therefore, they cause good
effects physically. People would lose weight and eat healthier, so they will also have less possibilities
to have other diseases.
