J Balvin

José Álvaro Osorio Balvin, was born on May 7, 1985 in Medellin Colombia. In high school
he formed several musical groups, they played songs by Nirvana and Enanitos Verdes.
While studying international business, he joined the rap band CDM, interrupting his studies
in the seventh semester. He began his musical career as a soloist in 2004 with the song
titled “Panas”. Over the years, his music career gradually grew nationally.
In 2009 he released "Ella me cautivo", being this song his international pass, being on the
Billboard Tropical Songs list. At the beginning of 2013 J Balvin released the single "Sola"
and "6a.m."; song that became a success when reaching the fourth position in the Hot Latin
Songs list, in addition to lasting several weeks at the top of Latin Rhythm Airplay,
