introduce a system in India whereby we’ll hire young graduates, whose flesh will remain Indian
but whose mind (thinking) would become English”

 He forgot that Jinnah, to quote American scholar Binder, had “a razor-sharp
intelligence” who never failed to correctly assess a man’s character and
intentions.
