CHARGES

(1) (a) I, S.M Singh, Session Judge of District and Session Court, Lucknow (U.P.)
hereby charge you Aarsh Raj as follows:—

(b). First—That you, on or about the 20th , day of December 2018, at 10:00
PM .,  committed murder by causing the death of two person namely Darshan Singh and Nidhiya
Singh and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code,
and  within the cognizance of the Court of Session.

Secondly—That you, on or about the 21st , day of December 2018 , at 01:00 AM,
committed theft and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian
Penal Code, and within the cognizance of the Court of Session.

(c) And  I hereby direct that you be tried by the said Court on the said charge.
