Description
Scrum is an agile methodology that can be applied to nearly any project. Commonly
used in software development, its iterative approach and flexibility makes the
Scrum process ideal for projects with rapidly changing and high emergent require-
ments, enabling teams to deliver usable software consistently and periodically
through a project lifecycle. The role of the ScrumMaster is pivotal and involves
removing impediments, facilitating the process, and ensuring the product backlog
is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
We are a Global Registered Education Provider (REP) of Scrum Alliance and our
2-day Certified ScrumMaster training is delivered by Scrum Alliance Certified Train-
ers (CSTs) who will help you understand the 3 areas of change under Scrum: Itera-
tive Development, Self-Management, and Visibility. You will also learn the Scrum
Methodology and the conduct expected of an efficient ScrumMaster.

Certification
On successful completion of this course,
follow steps below to earn your CSM:
• Check email from Scrum Alliance and
login to access the Online CSM test
• After successful completion you will
receive the official designation of Certified
ScrumMaster(CSM) with a 2 year
membership to Scrum Alliance
• If you are already a Scrum Alliance
Member, complete the test from the link
on your dashboard
• While the CSM test is included in your fee,
if you fail a second time, a $25 exam fee
will be charged by Scrum Alliance
• We recommend that those who fail 3
times must retake the course
