The Treaty of the Blubbers

Great Axis Powers: ​Sandia, Yorkton, Caldonia and Penland

Grand Blubber Alliance:​ Bahkan & Morovia (Ming Hin, Ming Hei, Ricky, Chaplin)

The Appropriate Consequences will be immediate.

History: The First Pendalorian War of Conquest between The Grand Blubber Alliance & The
Great Axis Powers has come to an end. After innumerable twists, plots, and blunders, Penland
has achieved victory in the face of all odds. With the war over, Penland will annex the
independent federations of Bahkan & Morovia into the 2nd Alconian Reich. This treaty, will
decide the fate of Alconia, and the consequences will have everlasting effects. It will take into
consideration future events between Bahkan & Morovia, as foretold in other dimensions.

Changes to Penland:
Change #1:​Diplomat Kelvin will be knighted and be known as Ser Kelvin the Honourable for
his efforts in the War.

Change #2​: The Burgomeister, Chaplin the Blubbernose, will be stripped of all his titles and will
have to take part in ​Term 5​. This is because of the treason committed by the Blubber.

Consequences faced by Morovia:

Term #1: ​Morovia will lose territory to the Great Axis Powers.
Yorkton​ will receive Province 24(Vien), the former capital of Grand Morovia.
Caldonia​ will receive Province 25(Mount Vuda).
Sandia ​won’t receive any territory from Morovia.
Penland​ ​will receive Provinces 23,22,21,20.

Term #2​: Morovia will no longer be allowed to upgrade its research levels(Army, Mining,
Navy) past Level 3.

Term #3​: Morovia will no longer be allowed to gain any ​prestige ​past the quota “110”.

Term #4​: The Grand Kaiser will no longer be allowed to call himself the “Senate” and will no
longer be allowed to make any Palpatine References. The Kaiser will have to address the
Supreme Chancellor of Penland as the “Senate”. The Kaiser will grant emergency powers to the
Supreme Chancellor
Term #5​: The Certain people of the Grand Blubber Alliance will have to bow down to the newly
self declared Emperor, Kanishka. A walk of shame shall take place on the steps leading to the
senate, be overseen by the senate, and these men shall confess their crimes to the God of World
Bank.
This TERM will take place in all circumstances.

Term #6​:​ ​Morovia will no longer be allowed to be in any economic agreements with any of the
nations in Alconia until WW1 happens.

Consequences faced by Bahkan:

Term #1: ​Bahkan will lose territory to Sandia.
Sandia: ​Province 16, The former Capital of Bahkan, Velgrade, & Province 18.

Term #2​: Bahkan will sabotage their gold mines found in their Province 18.

Term #3​: Bahkan will have to give away 75% of their resource earnings to Sandia.

Term #4​:​ ​Bahkan will no longer be allowed to be in any economic agreements with any of the
nations in Alconia until WW1 happens.

Term #5: ​Same as Morovia
