Self-Care Wheel

Instructions for Creating your Wheel

There are two ways to use the Self-Care Wheel for your own wellness:
1. Write down tools and strategies you may be using already in different areas, e.g. if you
exercise 30 minutes daily or enjoy cooking/ playing an instrument for relaxation.
2. Write out what you hope to develop/or make a plan for yourself, e.g. in the "Personal"
arena - I will begin learning one new recipe a week or in the "Psychological" arena - I will
write my self-reflections every Sunday.

Make the wheel your own, let it be inspiring, reinforcing, comforting and grounding!

A completed example and a blank wheel can be found on the next pages.
