Identification of broader problem Area:

Problems are therefore bound to occur between employees, leading to negative workplace
interactions. Several acts are subsumed under negative workplace interactions. One that is
particularly concerning to organizations is workplace aggression. Workplace aggression refers
broadly to efforts by individuals to harm others in the organization. Such aggression is
distressing because it negatively influences organizations and employees. Elevated levels of
stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as lower levels of work attitudes are just a few of the
adverse employee outcomes that come from workplace aggression. In terms of workplace
aggression, the primary source of the stress is the abuser. Employees in this situation, problem-
focused coping theories contend, would likely seek to escape the workplace aggression, which
includes transferring to another job or leaving the organization.

Problem Statement:

Over the last few decades literature on workplace aggression has become more common.
Research focused mainly on the antecedents and consequences of general workplace aggression
or one particular form of workplace aggression. In order to measuring the workplace aggression,
as well as different forms of workplace aggression, work-related attitudes: turnover intentions.

Method:
Stratified random technique
Scale: likert scale
Future Recommendation:

The study furthers research concerning workplace aggression.That said, there are many ways
scholars can further this study. One way would be to institute a panel study that tracked workers
over time to investigate the relationship between workplace aggression and work attitudes.
