1. A person who was resident of Jammu and Kahmir wanted to seek information from the Union
Public Service Commission about the seats filled by persons of different category form 2010-
2015? Can such Kashmiri man seek information under the Central Act i.e. Right to
Information Act, 2005. Does this Act apply to J&K?
Support your answer with relevant provisions, reasons and cases (if any).

2. What do you mean by Public Authority? Explain different obligations of the Public
Authority as given in the RTI Act 2005.

3. Discuss the provisions relating to Constitution and establishment of Information

Commissions and state the procedures provided for the removal of Information commissioners.

4. Explain the role of Indian judiciary in development of RTI Act, 2005.
