residing at World Trade Center II Level 18 Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav 29-31 Jakarta 12920 - Indonesia -
Indonesia, act as the the Seller is ready and able to supply you with gold bullion. Below is the
characteristics and sales procedures of the gold of the Gold Bullion.

COMMODITY SPECIFICATIONS:
A. COMMODITY : AURUM METALUM AU
B. FORM : GOLD BULLION 99.99 IN 1 KG INGOTS Non-Hallmark
C. PURITY : 99.0 to 99.7% +(NINETY NINE PERCENT PLUS).
D. FINENESS : 24 CARATS, MINIMUM, PLUS.
E. ASSAY : FINAL ASSAY TO BE MADE AT THE ANTAM REFINERY IN INDONESIA,
AND THE RESULT OF VALUE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY BOTH BUYER AND
SELLER. BUYER CAN APPOINT THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT ASSAYER
F. ORIGIN : INDONESIA
G. PACKING : PACKAGE BOXES OR ANY OTHER SUITABLE PACKAGING COMMONLY
USED IN THE TRADE WITH PROPER MARKINGS AS DEFINED HEREIN.

QUANTITY:
2,400 KGS (TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED KILOGRAMS) OF GOLD BULLION (AU METAL).
DELIVERED OVER A 1 YEAR PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 120 to 240 KILOGRAMS PER MONTH
TO MAKE 2,400 KILOGRAMS OVER A 1 YEAR PERIOD.

PRICE:
THE TOTAL GROSS PRICE PAYABLE BY THE BUYER IS LONDON FIXING -4% (LBMA SECOND
FIXING MINUS TWO PERCENT) DISCOUNT BASED ON 99.9 GOLD PRICE.

DELIVERY TERMS:
A. The delivery terms for this FCO are on a FOB Sellers Gold Room Jakarta under the The Incoterms
2010 Rules Chart of Responsibility.
B. The final assay certificate from ANTAM refinery assigned by Buyer shall be the final proof of quality
and quantity/weight, or as agreed between the Buyer and the Seller in Writing.
C. The merchandise will be given to the Buyer once the assayer emits the result of the purity obtained
in the gold. The ownership of gold still remains under the Seller, until it automatically passes to the
Buyer, only once the payment is effected and confirmed as received in the Sellers nominated bank
account as per this FCO.
PAYMENT TERMS
Buyer can choose payment methode as follow:
A. LC At Sight
 Buyer issue SKBDN with amount 360 kgs (3x120) for 3 month expiry
 Seller will deliver the cargo as agreed schedule during 3 month partially (Schedule will be
fixed/arranged by both parties)
 Partial Payment is acceptable
 SKBDN will be automatic revolving to cover the one year contract.(per 3 month)
B. LC Usance
 Buyer issued SKBDN with amount 120 kgs for 6 month expiry
 Seller will deliver the cargo 120 kgs per month and partially ((Schedule will be fixed/arranged
by both parties)
 Every delivery cargo will be settled by TT.
 SKBDN will be automatic revolving for the next 6 month
 Last delivery will be paid by withdrawn the SKBDN.
 Diffrence current price in last delivery and amount in SKBDN will be settled by TT

The payment will be by means of Bank to Bank transfer after the issue of the assay report from the
refinery or the Buyers nominated Assayer. Representatives of the Buyer and the Seller will be present
during the assaying.

DOCUMENTS:
Each sale shall be identified with all appropriate contract reference codes and numbers. Seller must
provide the following documents to Buyer:
1. Commercial Invoices in favour of the Buyer. .
2. Certificate of Ownership and Declaration that the product is free and clear and of non-criminal
origin, unencumbered and free of any liens.

PROCEDURE: (In time sequence)

First (1st) Step:
Interchange of FCO and DRAFT SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMNT, and any documentation to
support the transaction from the Buyer to the Seller.

Second (2nd) Step: Options for the signature of the contract:

The Buyer or his representative, under full corporate authority will sign the required Sales and
Purchase Agreement and other documents and comply with the payment proofs and conditions.
