I can do 70 jumping jacks and 33 push-ups done on knees.

I can do planks for 20 seconds and wall-sit for 41 seconds.


I do an average amount of push-ups, below average time on wall-sits. I’m poor at planks.
To increase the amount of push-ups, I will do 15 push-ups per day and increase one more every day.
To increase the amount of jumping jacks, I will do 3 sets of 30 high knees and 50 jumping ropes everyday.
To increase the length of planks, I will do planks for 15 seconds everyday and I will increase 5 seconds for each week.
To increase the length of wall-sits, I will do 3 sets of 30 squats everyday.
