1. Define Administrative Law and distinguish it from constitutional law.


2. Discuss with the help of decided cases, the limits on the delegation of
legislative power in India.
3. Explain the rationale behind the establishment of public corporation and
state the extent of parliamentary control over them.
4. Critically analyse whether the western concept of Ombudsman is
suitable in India to control the misuse of powers committed by the
authorities.
5. Examine how the liberalisation of locus stands has resulted the better
judicial protection of individual and social rights.
6. Compare and contrast the liabilities of the crown of England and the
government of India for the contractual liability with the help of decided
cases.
7. Explain the principle of audi alteram partem with the aid of leading
cases.
8. Explain with reference to cases the principles governing the issue of writ
of certiorari.
9. Write short notes on any TWO of the following:
