Explain the contractual liability of the Government in Indian Administrative Law. Refer to decided cases. 3. Critically examine the nature and scope of government privilege to withhold the document in legal proceeding. 4. Outline the salient features of Right to Information Act, 2005 in India. Whether the Right to Information is only a legal right in India ? 5. Explain the powers and functions of Ombudsman. In this connection compare the Indian Version of Lokpal and Ombudsman. 6. Examine the nature and scope of Jurisdiction and function administrative tribunals under Article 323 A of Constitution of India. 7. Examine the nature and scope of powers and functions Controller and Auditor General under the Constitution of India. 8. Write explanatory notes on : (a) Reasons for growth of public sector undertakings in India. (b) Nature and scope of Judicial control of public sector undertaking.
