MARKSHEETS AND CERTIFICATES

DISTRIBUTION OF MARKSHEET


Semester/Consolidated (final years) mark sheets are issued to the
students within a month from the date of publication of the results.
SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS
 Supplementary Examinations are conducted within a month’s
time subsequent to the publication of the results.
 Final year students are eligible for writing the supplementary
examinations.
 Students with arrears in not more than two theory papers of any
semester are eligible to appear for Supplementary Examinations.

DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE
 Duplicate mark sheet will be issued for any correction
effected, on applying for the same. The duplicate mark sheet
will be issued bearing the mark “Duplicate Copy” affixed on it.

PROVISIONAL & DEGREE CERTIFICATE

 Details of those students passed in all examinations will be sent to
the University facilitating generation of Provisional Certificates
meant for distribution to the students.
 Provisional Certificates will be issued within a month’s time by the
university.
 Degree certificates are issued through convocation.
