and UBL, Swabi (Main Bazar).

Sciences at Undergraduate level. Considering the requirement of the vicinity, the university is
soon going to launch MPhil/MS and PhD programs.

Instructions:

1. The applications forms duly filled and complete in all respects, must reach the Admission
Office of the Women University Swabi on or before 19th August 2016.
2. Application forms must be accompanied by the attested copies of following documents.

a.SSC, FSc / FA or equivalent DMC’sand certificates

b.CNIC or Form B
c.CNIC of the parent/guardian
d.Domicile certificate
e.03 recent passport size photos(duly attested on back side)
f.Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
g.Undertaking on a judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- as per
specimen available at University`s Website.
2. Applicants desiring to apply for more than one discipline are required to submit
separate application for each discipline in the prescribed manner.
3. Applicants are required to attach the following along with their application forms:
a. Bank draft of RS. 500/- in each case in favor of Deputy Director Finance, Women
University Swabi
OR
b. Receipt of online transfer of Rs. 500/- in each form to UBL A/C. No
000231419453
Titled: Women University Swabi , Collection Account.
4. Maximum age limit for admission is 25 years.
5. Migration Certificate (To be produced at the time of admission).
6. All admissions will be granted purely on merit. Incomplete applications/ application
 received after due date shall not be entertained.
7. The University reserves the right to withdraw any programme and to amend the policy
governing the programme or to make inevitable modification in the programmes or
courses of studies as and when deemed necessary.
8. It is for the information of all candidates seeking admission in any discipline in Women
University Swabi, that if fake document(s) was found at any stage in their record
submitted to the university, their admission shall be cancelled with immediate effect.
9. Candidates applying against quota seats must attach relevant certificates, showing
eligibility of the candidate against the quota for which she is applying.

Important NOTE:

1) 2% seats are reserved for sports

2) 5% seats are reserved for students hailing from FATA /Baluchistan
3) One seat for special persons (disable)
4) Twenty (20) marks for Hafiz-e-Quran.
