Greetings!

In line with ASEAN competence and undying commitment of the Bislig Campus Student
Council, the entity visions a systematic, decent and well-informed USeP before heading forth to the days
of academic struggle. The council seeks to give a quality student service in lined with the Student Key
Concern #4 NETWORK AND LIKAGES with the goal to engage community services and with the
objective to facilitate the development and articulation of a vision of learning that is supported by the
school community.

In this light, we would like to have the opportunity to ask for permission from your good office to
allow the officers of the BCSC to spearhead and to have the Extension Leadership Development
Training. This communication would like to ask further, the consent of your good office to allow us
conduct the said activity. The above activity will take place by 8:00 am to 5:00 pm of November 23,
2018 at Maharlika National High School.
