Greetings!
In line with ASEAN competence and undying commitment of the Bislig Campus Student
Council, the entity visions a systematic, decent and well-informed USeP before heading forth to the days
of academic struggle. The council seeks to give a quality student service in lined with the Student Key
Concern #5 HEALTH AND WELL BEING with the goal to organize extra-curricular programs and
activities that are related to health and wellness as essential to the holistic development of the students
and with the objective to empower student relation through socialization.

In this light, we would like to have the opportunity to ask for permission from your good office to
allow the officers of the BCSC to conduct our USeP Student Night 2018 – Rock Party in San Roque
Gymnasium. The above activity will take place by 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm of October 12, 2018. The
Bislig Campus Student Council considered the venue as the most appropriate venue that will cater the
whole population of the campus, and the best place to do some sort of acquaintances and celebrate the
Unity that each diverse USePian
