    LETTER OF REQUEST

    Dear Sir,

    A pleasant day.
    As the chairman of our Barangay's Sports Committee, I would like to request your
    permission to hold activities such as Chess, Badminton, Volleyball, and Basketball for both
    men and women, as well as a Zumba Dance clinic for parents and seniors.
    The aforementioned event will last a week. In this regard, we urge that we hold our event
    on the San Roque Elementary School Court. This event will assist everyone in maintaining a
    healthy lifestyle, which is important during the pandemic.
    The committee members will assure the event's safety both before and during it. Rest
    assured that we will keep the facilities in good condition.
    The complete information will be forwarded to your good office as soon as possible.
